Description
Whether you use our Cottage Bacon for with english muffin and egg, or on your own home-made pizza, it will quickly become one of your favorite products! Once our bacon has cured for seven days, we naturally smoke the bacon the old-fashioned way with real wood chips. This meaty bacon comes from a lean shoulder muscle, and thus is much less fatty then regular bacon.
