Our Corned Beef is made from approx. 3/lbs. of Grass Fed Beef Brisket. Our traditional corned beef briskets are available year round. They have been placed in our own special brine for ten days with lots of bay, black pepper, and mustard seeds, these briskets are transformed into what briskets aspire to be: Corned Beef – the perfect expression of grass-fed beef, salt, and spices. Contains nitrites.
We know you will love the flavor, whether they become a traditional corned beef and cabbage, a corned beef hash, or a Ruben sandwich (maybe all three!).
Cooking Tips
Simmer gently with cabbage and potatoes for a St. Patrick's Day feast or any other day for that matter.
