Approximately 110 lbs. for a quarter beef.
You will get a representation of what the 1/4 beef has to offer. Roughly speaking, this means approximately 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, and 1/3 burger - all at a discounted price from if you bought these meats individually.
You have MANY options within these cuts....too many to list here....but here are some things you need to know:

After placing your order online, we will contact you to discuss your cutting options.

Please give us at least two weeks between the time you contact us and the day you hope to receive the delivery.

We will run through your cutting options with you, including your preference for rib eye steaks or rib roasts, more roasts or more ground beef, T-bone steaks or NYs and Tenderloins, and so on.

The weights of animals can vary greatly, so while we estimate you will get 110 lbs. of meat for a whole beef, it will likely be a bit more or a bit less. The price per pound won't change, but the total price will depend upon the weight.
