Our hams are cured for seven days in our handmade brine then smoked over real Hickory wood. Great for a holiday meal, a summer picnic, or a stack of sandwiches, they bring back memories of how great hams used to taste!
Salt, cane sugar, spices, sodium nitrite.
Cook our hams gently, covered, in a 325 degree oven.
