Whole Hog- Approximately 130 lbs. of meat.
Whether you buy a whole or half hog, you get a representation of what the hog has to offer. This includes the tenderloin, chops, roasts, hams and bacon - all at a discounted price from if you bought these meats individually. For an additional $2.00 per pound (for that meat only), we will turn the grind into the seasoned pork sausages of your choosing.
You have MANY options within these cuts....too many to list here....but here are some things you need to know:

After placing your order online, we will contact you to discuss your cutting options.

Please give us two weeks between the time you contact us and the day you hope to receive the delivery.

We will run through cutting options with you, including your preferences for ham sizes, sausage types, roast sizes, and so on.

The weights of animals can vary greatly, so while we estimate you will get 130 lbs. of meat, it will likely be a bit more or a bit less. The price per pound won't change, but the total price will depend upon the weight.
